User Manual

Light Mode Operation

1. Short press the first on/off button to turn on the colorful flame light mode.
2. Short press the second on/off button to stay in single color mode.
3. Short press the third on/off button to turn off the light mode.

Fog Mode Operation

1. Press and hold the on/off key to turn on misting mode.
2. Press and hold the key again to turn off the mist.

Raindrop Switch Operation

1. Short press the first on/off button to turn on the first gear.
2. Short press the second on/off key to activate the second gear.
3. Short press the third on/off button to turn off the raindrop function.

Reasons Why the Aromatherapy Diffuser Stops Working:

Here are some solutions for common issues that may cause the power to turn off automatically or result in low mist output:

1. Too Much Water Above the Water Level Line.
   Solution: Do not exceed the red water level line.

2. Check for Blocked Baffles.
   Ensure that the small rectangular baffles on either side of the water tank are not stuck or removed from their slots.
   Solution: Remove and reinstall the baffles.

3. Improper Placement.
   If the machine is not placed on a level surface, airflow may be blocked.
   Solution: Place the machine on a level table.

4. Excess Water in Charging Port.
   Check for small droplets of water inside the C-type charging port.
   Solution: Wipe off excess water with a paper towel and dry with a hair dryer.

5. Improper Charger Connection.
   It is not recommended to connect the USB port of the charging cable directly to an electrical outlet or computer USB port, as these may provide insufficient power.
   Solution: Use a charger with at least 2A output to ensure proper operation. Otherwise, the device may turn off automatically or not function correctly.

6. Low Fan Power or Insufficient Power Supply.
   If using an improper charger, this may cause the unit to fog up or shut down automatically.
   Solution: Always use a 5V-2A charger connected to the charging cable described above.

7. Excessive Noise.
   High noise levels may be caused by environmental factors.
   Solution: Clean the bottom fan if there’s excessive dust, or ensure that water is not over the water level line.

8. No Fog Production.
   If the fog light switch is not turned on, the device will not produce fog.
   Solution: The light switch and fog switch are separate. Ensure both are activated: first press the light switch, then short press the fog button to activate mist mode.
